Watertight Properties was incorporated and commenced business operation in January 1989. It was established initially as a local domestic plumbing and maintenance business. Over the last 20 years we have expanded our services within the industry to engage in larger building / refurbishment contracts including London property maintenance and London property refurbishment as well as property maintenance and property refurbishment in Surrey with other areas of operation covering mainly South East, including Kent and Sussex. Our services have been used nationally for some clients whom we have forged long term working relationships with.

We continually review our Health and Safety obligations in the workplace. Relevant PPE and documentation including Method Statements and Risk Assesments are always provided.

We are affiliated to a number of trade bodies and are update on all current regulations.
